Simple Online Services is the parent company for Road Runners Delivery Service. We were established in May of 2008 by Katie Kast when the organization grew from only one food and delivery location to five. We current are in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, and North Carolina. We are currently opening a new location in Florida! We are a restaurant delivery platform for local restaurants hosted on the Simple Online Services site.

How Food Delivery Works
We take your order by internet or phone and place it with the restaurant of your choice. We dispatch a LOCAL professional delivery driver to pick up the food, pack it in an insulated carrier bag (BEST BAGS IN THE BUSINESS) and deliver it directly to your home, business or hotel. We have an actual restaurant app called YouMenu. When an order is taken online or by phone the order is sent through the app to the restaurant and the restaurant will enter a pickup time for the driver. The professional food waiter will be there at the restaurant as the food comes out of the kitchen to help ensure you receive your food hot and fresh. You, as the customer, will receive order tracking to show when you should be able to expect your food, what driver has it (we include their pics), and every step your order has gone through to get to you. We have the fastest, most interactive and accurrate food tracker. We pride ourselves on sending the same mobile waiter as often as we can so they can get to know your likes and dislikes and ensure we provide the best possible service. We strive to bring you various restaurants that offer your favorite foods like; Seafood, Hamburgers and Fries, Pizza, Italian Pastas, Greek, Chinese, Japanese, Asian, Indian, American, Traditional, Indian and Barbeque! We are interested in other professional, local businesses like grocery stores, laundry and cleaning (maid) services, car detailing and rideshare. If you have a service, we may be interested in marketing it here and across the net.

Actually, no. As a customer, you deserve the very best when it comes to delivery of your favorite meal. Some facts about the big guys are enough to scare even us from wanting to use their services. One of the strongest reasons is that 86% of the drivers of the big guys do not use the proper bags for keeping temperatures correct in food that is traveling. Hello Food Poisoning! In fact, 43% of those do not even use a bag as it is an option for purchase by the driver. Do you want to eat food that has set in traffic and taken 35 mins to get to your door that is not properly bagged? Our drivers are required to purchase our bags that are temperature controlled for hot or cool. We actually train the BOH in restaurants on how to cook food for traveling vs FOH service. Come on people do your homework. Just because they are a big name, well funded company doesn't mean they are the best. We are local with a local number, local representatives, work with the local restaurant owners and their staff to protect their reputation and quality of service. We will even simply provide them the platform to service customers themselves. Help us to protect you and the local restaurants that work hard to make delicious food for you. Stop using the Big Boy apps that distroy your food by not using proper bags, distroy the restaurants charging too much for their service, distroy drivers income by taking tips, not paying them enough and making them liable for sanitation and insurance without properly informing them. Support GO LOCAL and hold restaurants accountable for using and/or promoting these Big Boy services that are robbing everybody blind and bringing customer service of restaurants to their knees. How do I place an order?
You may use the website here, or our Apple or Android App and sign up for a free account. Simply enter your zip - code to see the restaurants available in your area for delivery. If you would prefer to talk to a live person you may call us directly at (704) 658 - 7478. You may order from up to 5 restaurants on 1 order receipt. This is NOT available on any other ordering platform as of this date recorded. You may also order up to 45 days in advance by selecting advanced ordering on the main menu page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After placing your order with us, it will pass through one of our own personal apps called YouMenu that shows up at the restauarants kitchen area so your food can be prepared for delivery. They will enter a pickup time for our delivery professional so they can be there as it is just getting out of the oven. The driver will be keeping you updated through the app or by texts. You will first receive an email or text showing your order was placed. Followed by a conformation that the driver has accepted the order. Next you will see the driver has arrived at the restaurant, followed by he has left the restaurant with your food and is heading to your location. Average delivery time runs 25 to 40 minutes. Restaurant cook times, adverse weather or traffic conditions could also affect delivery times, so please be patient and allow for the safety of your mobile waiter professional to get to your door. Our delivery logistics platform is intergrated to the restaurant POS system and powered by AI technology. This allows you, the customer to get real time tracking of where your driver is. Also, you can see a head and full body shot of your driver and his vehicle and license plate to ensure you open your door to the right person, especially late at night.
How do I pay?
You can enter your credit card information and include your tip upon checkout or we accept cash at - the - door. If you are calling from a hotel, orders must be paid with a credit or debit card. If you are an executive in a company that would like to set up an account, you may call us at (704) 658 - 7478 and ask for Katie. We also accept business checks, which must contain your company name, and the same address we are delivering to, unless you are setting up an event in which case must be pre-ordered anyway. We also sell gift cards and have a loyalty program that gives away food on giftcards. This too is acceptable payment to any of the restaurants online. We accept MC, Visa, American Express, and Discover. A single order may be paid for with up to 5 methods and compbination of the above.
What are your delivery fees?
We are powered by WISDOM (Web Interface Supporting Delivery Order Management). Our WISDOM system is just that smart! It will calculate the mileage from your choice of restaurant to your home, business or hotel. Our mileage rate is only $1.50 per/mile. Upon your checkout you will see the delivery fee added in based on the mileage.
Multi-restaurant orders, each have the own delivery fee. All restaurants over the first one receives a $2.00 discount off the original delivery fee pricing.
Can I get my order at a specific time?
Advance orders are a good idea to reserve delivery times, especially at lunch when most customers want to eat at the same time. Simply choose an advanced time when checking out. Twenty - four (24) hour notice is best for large lunch orders of more than 10 persons for offices but not required. You can arrange large orders up to 45 days in advance! Don't forget not everyone needs to order from the same restaurant. Pick and click your favorite.
Will my food be hot and fresh?
Absolutely! Your order goes immediately into a specialized electrically heated, thermally protected, catering bags (top of the line, that have heating plates and coils) to keep it hot and fresh, and then it is delivered directly to you. You couldn't get it hotter if you went to get it yourself. Items that are cold are stored in a separate container also insulated with coolant coils to keep it cold.
Do you deliver Alcohol, Tobacco, Vape, Or CBD Products?
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Road Runners provides a delivery service only, for local liquor stores (the Retailers), through which all orders and purchases are processed. Road Runners Delivery or SimpleOnlineServices does not hold a license to sell alcohol, nor is it a licensed retailer. At the time you purchase alcoholic beverages or other items (Products), you are purchasing those items from a licensed retailer, and your credit card will be charged by a third party credit card processing provider who will transfer and deliver the funds to the Retailers.
Neither Simple Online Services or Road Runners Delivery, nor any officer, director, employee, shareholder or agent of either company shall be liable to the User or any third-party for any claims relating to the purchase, sale, delivery and/or consumption of the alcoholic beverage or any consequences which may result thereof.
ALL ALCOHOL, TOBACCO VAPE, OR CBD PRODUCTS MUST BE PAID WITH CREDIT CARD...YOU MUST BE 21 TO ORDER WITH VALID CREDIT CARD AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.
By completing an order through our site or App, you agree that you are 21 years of age or older and that you will be present to accept the delivery of alcoholic beverages. You agree that you will not be intoxicated when receiving delivery of such products and that you will NOT provide alcohol to minors. If you are sending a gift, you agree that the recipient is an individual 21 years of age or older. You will place your id# in the window along with your D.O.B. Place this info in your order under the special requests (notes) and you must be the person at the door accepting the order with said ID.
All deliveries including alcoholic beverages must be accepted by the account holder, who is capable of proving that he or she is 21 years of age or older and can provide a valid form of government issued identification at the time of delivery.
If there is no individual who is 21 years of age or older or cannot provide valid identification showing that he or she is 21 years of age or older, the delivery driver (the Courier) will not complete delivery of the Products. Additionally, if the Courier is unable to contact you or the account holder at the specified delivery address for 5 or more minutes, all Products will be removed from the order and returned to the Retailers and an additional delivery fee and a $10.00 restocking fee will be charged to Users credit card.
The Courier reserves the right to refuse to deliver Products for any reason. This reservation includes, but is not limited to, refusing service to individuals who are visibly intoxicated or to specific locations for safety reasons. Products cannot and will not be left unattended for any reason. Any Retailer reserves the right to not accept any order for any reason.
We are socially acceptable
We understand that in todays society a Family Dinner may not always happen around the kitchen table. We will deliver where you are within our areas and possibly outside of our areas. The kids sporting events, RV Parks, picnic park area for reunions, hospitals while visiting someone and the cafeteria is closed, or that neighborhood backyard gathering you really don't want to cook for and we hope beaches soon. If you need food, we have restaurants and the desire to bring them to you.

One call to (704) 658 - 7478 can do it all. If you prefer you can simply create a group order, send an inter - company memo and everyone sign in to the account to add to the order. Upon arrival of the order we can: Accept cash to equal the total, take a company business check, take part in cash and one final payment on credit card or accept the whole total on credit card. You can also choose to simply set up a business account with us with a credit card on file, protected by a password on orders, that we bill after deliveries. We also provide bonus food credits for every Employee order placed and delivered. Management may use this for things such as, a free friday lunch for the office, a July Fourth luncheon, a Christmas brunch, a delivery to a hotel for an upper management member coming to town, employee rewards or incentive programs, and the list goes on. Everyone loves free food and for promoting us in your company, we love to give back to help your company look great! Use our company for your next fundraiser. Everyone loves food and every order we will donate a portion of the sales to your fundraising event to help you reach your goals. This is our Lord's Day and we do not work.
(Last order will be taken during these hours. Some restaurants open and close earlier than others and may not be available during all delivery hours.)
There is no minimum on any time or day of orders unless the restaurant specifies such.
I am not in your delivery area....Can I still order?
If you don't see your zip - code please call us and let us know. It may be possible to still get a delivery to you based on your amount of purchase and an available driver that is willing to take that delivery. Delivery fees will be negotiated based on the mileage and number of restaurants.
What else do I need to know? Can I get a refund?
Restaurant menus and prices are subject to change. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Call us immediately at (704) 658 - 7478, if the restaurant has incorrectly packaged your order to schedule a re-delivery or to receive credit. Our professional mobile waiters do not open boxes to check for accuracy.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
You understand that abuse of the services offered by this website may result in you being denied ordering or access to the website. Abuse means to place false orders with no intention to pay them, placing orders that are delivered to someone that never ordered it and the order was not paid for, or receiving an order that you placed and deciding when the driver is at the door that you no longer wish to pay or accept the food. To attempt to modify part of the site structure, or underying programming code, to verbally or physically abuse any of our partners, including restaurant owners, drivers, owners or other customers, whether in person or on a social media site. Violation of any city, county, state or federal law.
Our Privacy Policy
User privacy is very important to us. We are committed to your privacy and security, and strive to provide the best possible user experience for our users and customers. We also strive to protect the personal and confidential information of those who use our online services.
Only the site administrators (Owners) of SOS will have access to your account information. The site administrators will not share or sell this information to outside entities.
